Vintage large refectory table, from the famous brand Tolix, designed by Xavier Pauchard.
The base, typical of Tolix furniture, is original black lacquer.
The Formica top is pale yellow (genuine).
In very good condition apart from some small rust spots on the bottom of the feet and a tiny impact on the Formica.
This table comes from the refectory of a private school in Caen. It probably dates from the 70s (maybe late 60s).
It has unusual dimensions: long and narrow, this makes it a very convivial table for 6 to 8 people.
