Beautiful oak chest of drawers from the Regency period. It opens with four drawers arranged in three rows. Its wooden top with Corbin beak is framed.
Strong molding of the drawers, with a domed projection in the center which receives the handles and the keyholes.
Its uprights, rounded and fluted, end in a slightly scalloped way on the front. They are joined by the lower crosspiece, itself fretted.
Square panel and raised sides.
Beautiful keyholes and drooping handles, in bronze, decorated with shells and floral foliage.
It is in perfect condition.
Norman work dating from the 1st half of the 18th century.
It is reported that the locks are later and date from the 19th century.
